Wood Mackenzie is looking to take on Winter Interns to join our Consulting team based in the Sydney office for 2 months between June and August 2021. Our Internship program will provide invaluable experience for applicants considering a career in Consulting. The main responsibilities for the successful applicants will include (but are not limited to):

·         Supporting the wider consulting team on client engagements

·         Analysing commodity market data to understand the implications for clients

·         Utilising consulting frameworks to break down problems and communicate solutions to stakeholders

·         Participating in client meetings

·         Liaising with Wood Mackenzie Research stakeholders

The internship will provide:

• A stimulating and fun environment working within our Consulting team
• A chance to add value to the team through working on client projects
• The opportunity to contribute and work on projects with direct relevance to issues facing the resources and energy sectors
• Excellent support and coaching to get the best out of the internship
• An intern-level salary for the duration of your internship

• 1st or 2nd year undergraduate or masters students studying relevant degrees in Business, Engineering, Science, or any other similar course with an analytical focus. In particular candidates embarking on their second, or post graduate degree will be looked on favourably
• A willingness to learn about our areas of focus from the ground up
• Relevant work experience will be viewed as an added advantage, but is not a necessity.
