Participant Registration Rules:
1. Only the team leader is required to register on behalf of the whole team.
2. A team can consist of minimum 2 and maximum 4 students.
3. A student can be member of one team only.
4. At least 1 member of the team must be IEEE Student Member (Preferably the leader).
