劇團藝術總監林婷婷及行政總監趙七，畢業於歐洲捷克布拉格國立表演藝術大學研究院，分別為戲偶及另類劇場導演系及藝術行政系碩士，2013年於捷克開始創辦滾動傀儡另類劇場至今，多年全心投入於發展及推動華語世界之當代戲偶及物件劇場。

The founders of the group, Teng Teng and Kevin, both graduated from DAMU in Prague, Czech Republic. They have been dedicated to developing and promoting contemporary puppetry and object theater in the Chinese-speaking world for many years.
