BELOVED BROTHERS and SISTERS in CHRIST!
WE REJOICE the LORD has opened the heavens and poured out much-needed snow and rain, an answer to prayer! There is deep-packed snow on the Sierras, and our lakes and rivers are filling up, glory to GOD!
"He covers the sky with clouds. He provides rain for the earth. He makes grass sprout on the hills." - Psalm 147:8
We pray for those who are dealing with flooding and damage to their homes, fallen trees, and also prayers for the homeless. We ask the LORD to strengthen, bless, provide needed help, and cover those hurting with a blanket of His peace and love.

Important things to know and to pray about:
1. The newly installed House Republican leaders introduced a long overdue resolution Tuesday to condemn the wave of violence directed at pro-life advocates which has been ignored by the Biden Administration. Although there have more than 100 abortion-related attacks on pro-life organizations and churches since May including arson, vandalism,
threats and other property destruction, there have been no arrests! Yet we hear of pro-life individuals being harassed and arrested for praying in front of abortion clinics...
Talk about calling evil good, and good evil.
In the resolution, Republicans accuse Biden administration leaders of failing “to take action to respond to the radical attacks” or protect the rights of pro-lifers with whom they disagree with politically.
House Republicans plan to vote today/Wednesday on the resolution. We PRAY for it to pass! (Source: LifeNews.com)
"LORD, thank You for those Leaders who are taking an active stand to protect our rights to speak out for the babies! Please protect, encourage, and strengthen them. And we pray that this resolution passes, in Yeshua's Name amen!"
2. Retail pharmacy giants CVS and Walgreens announced they plan to carry abortion pills — and Rite Aid may soon join them.
In response, thousands of Christians have signed a petition asking them not to help facilitate the fastest-growing form of abortion, which also inflicts the greatest harms on women. Chemical abortions, which provide the greatest profit for abortionists, already account for 54% of all abortions — a number likely to skyrocket if retail pharmacies begin distributing the pills alongside antibiotics.

Can you imagine the door that is opening with men wooing a young girl into sex, then being able to get the drugs so easily to cover up in the case of
a pregnancy? And then over and over again, without parents knowing...and what effect that will have on a naive girl? In a word, tragic!
Selling abortion pills at the local pharmacy makes killing a baby in the womb seem as easy as purchasing a condom or buying nasal spray, and makes
abortion seem to be acceptable. We PRAY and we say NO!
3. The number of Americans suffering from anxiety and depression is at an all-time high.
Individuals suffering from suicidality can dial or text the number 988 to receive help. This number is required by law to be put on every student ID
in California in the 7th grade and up.
Please read the questions asked on the survey link below to see what the 'help' is promoting. Be aware that the survey is illegal!
Because according to California law, parents must be notified if their children are filling out surveys regarding personal information like gender identity and sexual orientation.
4. Many people, including young athletic ones, are collapsing with heart and lung issues, some dying.
Please pray that parents (everyone!) will use wisdom, pray, and search the facts before having a foreign substance put into their child's body...The LORD made our immune systems wonderfully and provided us herbs and other natural oils and substances to help us heal...There is great wisdom (and warnings!) regarding health care in the Bible...rest and observing the Sabbath is important!

WE REJOICE that some national and collegiate sports teams are falling to their knees in prayer on the field and that Damar Hamlin is doing great, praise You LORD!
It is the complete opposite of what we have seen in the past few years...it is time for a turn-around in our nation back to our Holy God and fervent prayer!
It only takes one person to light a flame for prayer...let's be that person!

In Chapter 3 of Genesis
The serpent calls the Lord God only by the name Elohim. Clearly, he is addressing the Lord God on the same level as himself.
The serpent never honors Him as “Yahweh Elohim” which in the Hebrew text has much more expanding connotation concerning who our God is than the simple use of the word ‘God‘ “Elohim“, but rather, He is the “Lord God.” “Yahweh, Elohim,” the only Supreme (Lord) over all, creater of all.
The 4 letters hieroglyph of His Name, grants to us a much greater understanding concerning
Who our God is: (Yahweh)
Yod, Heh, Waw, Heh,
He is the
- Absolutely All Knowing.
- Absolutely Eternal
- Absolutely All Powerful
- Absolutely The Omni Present God.
Another partial rendering of the name, “Yahweh” pertains to His Eternal Existence, “without beginning and without end.”

- And Always Will Be
Of course our God has many other attributes than the short list here and the word Elohim can be also translated “among the mighty ones”
