Very satisfied, good food, location, friendly staff, amenities, fitness, kids room, beach across the street, relaxing environment, except the evening show-disco with a loud "Oh-la-la" dj between 9-11pm, but that's my problem, most will enjoy it

We where a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 11 and 6). The apt we had (202) was very confy, the view was great. The food was very good, many sortiments, I have nothing to complain about. Parking was 20 lv per night in an underground parking 2 min away from the property. The beach is also great, few minutes away, just some stairs and cross a road and you re there. A very big plus was the multinational (french, romanian, bulgarian, etc…) animation team. Selim and his team did a great job keeping the guests entertained. Special regards to Robert (Ro) and Jan (Fr), nice meeting you guys and we ve had a lot of fun playing games, water polo, dancing …together. Also, a very big plus for the Yoga instructor, Teo. Even if I an not so thrilled about Golden Sands, I would consider revisiting this property in the future.

- The hotel was fully booked, but they managed to keep everyone happy - They correctly managed the restaurant capacity, only letting in enaugh people so they can have a free table, enaugh food, etc. There was a queue at the door, but that was good ideea to prevent overcrowding the restaurant. - Food quality was excelent, and was enaught food for everyone - Hotel was very clean everywhere - rooms, restaurant, lobby, pools, etc - everything was spotless ! - Staff was very respectfull, attentive and friendly (great job !) - Being able to use the waterpark at Bolero is a nice bonus

The room was great. Clean and confortable. Animation team was great even tough, they could change the program a little. Very similar every night for kids entertainment. The food was good. Not very fancy but something to eat everyday. I would recommend this hotel but if you are looking for a quieter stay you should probably book a room with garden view because in the ones with sea view, you can hear the music from the beach club. Reception staff and bar staff very nice as well.

Although we had reservations at Arabella we were accommodated at Sentido Marea. The view was beautiful., room was nice but warm The food was varied and very good.
