This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and the service was impeccable. It is situated near Taxim and provides a free shuttle service to Taxim. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the Doubletree Hotel was nothing short of fantastic, complete with a cozy room, a prime location, and a delightful breakfast. The rooftop restaurant offered spectacular dining experiences, and we thoroughly enjoyed the full range of amenities, including a top-notch spa, a well-equipped gym, and excellent massage services. The hourly bus service to and from Taksim was a thoughtful touch. The personnel and the services we received were exceptional and one of the best we've ever experienced. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. We're deeply appreciative of all the staff members (including Esra and Emily), whose names we might not recall but whose service left a lasting impression. We eagerly look forward to our next visit!

We had a great time here. Hotel is really nice, everything is clean, rooms are cosy and the staff is amazing, very helpful, always smiling, kind and professional, especially Thuta, Zeynep and Emily in the restoran and lady who cleans the lobby Tuba Akkus very kind and nice. Duty menager Servert Gemük was very helpful with his recommendation for the restorants and places we should visit. The massages and hamam in the hotel was great experience. The guy on the reception desk in spa was really kind. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Beautiful hotel.New and all the comforts of home. The staff goes above and beyond to resolve all your needs. Every day, they ask if you need something in your room, and within 30 minutes the maintenance staff is there fixing the issue, however small. Breakfast is delightful with local dishes expanding the traditional fare of the buffet. Again, the staff (more than one person often) is there to attend all your needs. Free shuttle service to downtown is very practical, too. Excellent personal attention at guest relations resolving any other needs you may have. Mr. Tolga in particular was very helpful.
