Youtube observer and analyst, DutchSince has been delivering what appear to be uncanny forecasts for tornados and violent weather based on the appearance of NEXRAD radar signatures distributed across the US.
In another Surprise Bearden shows 1984 photos of what appear to be “chemtrails” before the term was even coined.
Last but not least: Bearden reveals a documented, 1985 “cold explosion” that looked like a nuclear event, complete with mushroom cloud AND in the same region as this year’s 9.0 Earthquake and Tsunami offshore of Fukushima
Bearden is confident that the Russians were testing interferometry beam weapons at the time of the “cold explosion”

In 1985, Physicist, Tom Bearden discussed a Tesla scalar technology that is currently thought to be deployed at military sites, NEXRAD radar installations and other ground- based radar systems to create and/or enhance catastrophic
weather conditions, tornadoes, floods, droughts etc. in North America.
The basic concept employs “interferometry” with precisely focused transmission of phased waveforms (radar) from 2 or more ground based locations. The result is a tremendous release of power from within the fascinating quantum world of sub-atomic energies where time and space are temporarily altered to release energies that can produce extreme heat or cold; the basic ingredients needed to produce temperature gradients in the atmosphere, a scenario already known by meteorologists to cause catastrophic weather including enhanced probabilities of tornadoes.
The notorious HAARP installation is believed to be playing a part in this overall weatherwarfare by interacting transmitted waveforms with Chemtrails. Chemtrails, falsely presented as a solution to Global Warming – are known to contain Aluminum and Barium and other elements to constitute layers of artificial clouds with electrically conductive thus electromagnetic properties in order to fully deploy the current scalar technology programs of mass destruction.

Development of the atomic bomb is a primitive example where exploitation of sub-atomic energy within a golf ball sized mass of plutonium will release a huge mushroom cloud of death and destruction.
Bearden and others claim that Free Energy and unlimited sources of electricity and power are possible with this quantum technique when used constructively.
The obstructionists to Free Energy are the international cabal of oil Oligarchs and Global industrialists who have prevented this technology from rising to the level of public knowledge or even recognition within the scientific community “orthodoxy” who are totally dependant on funding from federalized “institutions” and the Rockefeller Institute’s, National Academy of Sciences.

This still confirms nothing. Here are a bunch of unrelated events that people are just trying to connect together for….what? You guys think the Russians are causing our bad weather? What do they have to gain by killing 20 people at a time when they could just trigger the New Madrid Fault and kill hundreds of thousands, even perhaps millions with one swoop? And also, where are the tell-tale scalar rings? You think what you are seeing on a Doppler site are scalar rings? Those rings have been there since the sites went up. I personally have been studying Doppler since it’s inception. The rings are stationary and are there whether the weather is good or bad.
Not doubting Mr. Beardon at all. His ideas are what might be causing the mystery booms in Florida, Georgia, Alabama of recent. There is still no connection here. Make the connection, if there is one… which there isn’t. And by the way, Scalar technology is one thing, and HAARP is something totally different. If what Mr. Beardon says is true, it is very possible that scalar technology could be affecting the weather directly and “steering” storms. But not once did he mention HAARP, or rings showing on a Doppler site or anything like that. Scalar is a harmonic cross-interference resulting in crossing two or more ‘shots’ of slightly different frequencies to get a nasty harmonic resonance. HAARP is a ‘shot’ of energy directed at the atmosphere or directed through the ground. Also, Scalar and HAARP also operate on extremely different frequencies…in the video Mr. Beardon mentions “5 to 50 khz” which does cut into the Doppler frequency use range. HAARP on the other hand uses frequencies between 2 and 80hz…not khz!

So if HAARP operates on 5HZ and scalar operates on 5khz…
5 cycles per second as opposed to 5,000 cycles per second, you can see there is a dramatic difference between the two frequencies and quite frankly, one would not even ‘know’ the other existed. They would pass through each other with virtually no interference or interrelation. Keep digging though. There might be a scientific connection somewhere in there…not quite yet though. And definitely, NO HAARP RINGS and still only really mimicking the weather guys who predict these storms forming and causing severe weather way before dutchsinse does. You have to watch ALL of the news, not just the part you want to watch, to make educated decisions about things like this. Increase your perspective.

I don’t think it was the “Soviets”, although they’re in on it. It’s the worldwide controllers experimenting and perfecting their technology for what they’re now perpetrating on the world. This is all corroborated by today’s chemtrailed skies and apparently timed earthquakes.

I am not denying anything (if that was directed at me). I simply have enough technical knowledge to know there is not yet a connection here . Where is the timing? What did it coincide with? Did anyone record a HAARp signal being transmitted during any of the earthquakes? Or during any of these recent storms? (the HAARP rings dutchsince speaks of are not made by HAARP and that is a well-known fact whether you want to believe it or not). There is significant solar activity that coincides with every major earthquake in recorded history since we have been watching the sun the way we do now. That still doesn’t prove that they were caused by the sun! For all we know they could be triggering solar activity with some yet-to-be uncovered technology that we aren’t aware of yet. That sounds more likely than your HAARP rings. No one has the ability to confirm or deny anything as they do not have enough perspective necessary to prove anything conclusively. If there is ‘secret’ technology we know about, there is surely secret technology that still remains secret. After all, all of the technology being HAARPED (:p) about is already 50 years old at least.
But what cannot be denied is that there is still only tons of circumstantial evidence regarding any of these technologies. Someone needs to get out in that area during the times these technologies are supposedly being used with an instrument that can receive those frequencies and record the damn thing already!

You can sit here and play with your video editing software all day long…but at the end of the day, if there is nothing but circumstantial evidence then there is NOTHING. Get your asses out there and prove it already. I can’t do it from way down here in Florida. I don’t have the cash to build a receiver or get up to that area…But to prove it is easy enough. Get us some solid evidence! Don’t give me a scientific reason to deny it! You all know what frequencies HAARP and SCALAR technology uses, build a crystal receiver and get the shit done! Don’t try to sell us a bunch of possibilities and expect us to swallow it! We’ve been lied to by corrupt sock-puppets in the government for so long, who could blame us for being skeptical! You keep showing us the same evidence which is not enough to make a conclusive decision! That’s like all the people getting convicted of rape by a jury picked by a prosecutor with an apparent agenda and then 20 years later the DNA evidence proves the guy was innocent all along! It is so good to hear from Ret. Col. Tom Bearden. I have enjoyed reading about his work for years. The article ‘Scalar Wars’ says a lot. It seems that there are many ways to configure these devices to operate at many different levels. To say that it must work only one way is very narrow minded. So much more can be done with this technology; it would absolutely surprise me that any self-proclaimed sexual intellectual has all the answers. If someone is that smart, put out your own papers and let’s see what you do know. It should revolutionize our concept of scalar and HAARP weaponry.

That’s just wonderful you made that connection, but it still proves nothing concerning that’s what this is, or what they are doing, or even that they are in fact steering the weather. There is still no proof…this is all circumstantial! stop talking and get some numbers that matter! If they are in fact doing this it can be easily proven! go prove it and we will all listen! and btw have some balls and give us a name already.
