The flavor of all meat, natural or lab-grown, is from blood serum. We can't get it from animals and the alternatives just don't match up. Donate your own or source it yourself. Visit our guide to ageing and blood types to understand the full range flavour profiles.

We provide the scaffold. Choose between insect-based and fungal matrixes, all prepared by some of america's top food scientists. Our waiters will help you pair your matrix to the serum you bring.
