Baltic Diversity Academy #5: Can we fix the gender pay gap?
This time the Baltic Diversity Academy will focus on the research around gender pay gap in Estonia, which has been conducted by Tallinn University. Triin Roosalu (PhD) from the research team introduces the most interesting findings on the factors which contribute to creating the gap, and also the role of employers in all this.
