Intel launch date confirmed: November 4th

Wccftech shares information on embargo dates for the upcoming Intel 12th Gen Core series.

Intel is to announce Alder Lake desktop processors on October 27th. This is the embargo date that has been listed in the document that has been leaked today. Furthermore, the product reviews and sales (so the actual hard launch) are now scheduled for November 4th. What this means is that we have a confirmation on both dates that have been rumored for a long time.

Intel Alder Lake embargoes:

Moreover, the file lists which SKUs will be announced on these days, confirming another rumor that Intel will only be adding 12th Gen Core K and KF-Series to their lineup initially.

Products being launched in November:

  • Core i9-12900K and 12900KF,
  • Core i7-12700K and 12700KF,
  • Core i5-12600K and 12600KF,
  • Intel Z690 chipset

There is neither a trace of the H670, B660, and H610 chipsets nor any mention of the 65W and 35W TDP SKUs such as Core non-K and T-Series. Those were rumored to launch early next year.
