Relaxed, comfortable hotel with all you need within hands reach. Quality of the food in both the buffet and a-la carte restaurants was high. Especially great place for kids. We absolutely loved the kids club, where it was full of energy and activities, even in early April. Our 8 year old had the time of her life, didn't want to do anything other than going to kids club every single day. She made a lot of friends and didn't want to leave. We felt it safe to leave her there for hours, thanks to lovely kind and caring animators, who also did mini disco in the evenings, thanks so much, Rabia, Ceren, Chico!

It's indeed a great hotel. Very good services, experienced staff everywhere - gym (Angela), main restaurant (Mehmet Kayd), fitness programs (Olga - yoga classes) and SPA area is also very nice.

The hotel is designed to accommodate different types of guests. We were with small kids and everything was wonderful- the attention they were getting at the kids zone, the pools, the watersides, the food! We were particularly happy with Erkan among the waiters in the restaurant and Tony at the games. The food was amazing, especially for the end of the Ramadan. There was a nice foam party at the pool followed by great karaoke party, different sorts of entertainment every night. Kids loved it! It’s the second Barut hotel for us and it is again great!

Beautiful physical location and grounds of the hotel Hotel staff were outstanding throughout - at the bar, in the restaurant, at reception / concierge desk. Onsite doctor facilities - we needed to see the doctor who organised a transfer to a local private hospital where we were seen, treated, taken to the pharmacy for medicines and then back in the hotel all within 2 hours In the restaurant in particular we were exceptionally well looked after by a staff member named Mustafa Easy 2.5k walk along the promenade into Side old town

It is a very nice hotel, de atmosphere is very good. They have shows but not those awfull cheap shows, they really try to make a night to enjoy with great performers. The food (Breakfast, lunch and diner) is very very good at the buffet. not so in the 'a la carte restaurants'. Don't let you stop to book for that reason, because this is a very GOOD resort which you will enjoy (we went here the second time now)

Food was excellent, good variety and quality. Staff all very kind. Room was good size (family suite), always very clean, but we could not use the balcony, the room was in a corner on top of the main restaurant, this was the only negative part of our stay. Hotel is beautiful, common areas very beautiful and well kept. Kids club was excellent, varied activities, stuff multi-lingual and very kind to the kids. Night entertainment was of excellent quality.
