Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

Our goal is to find motivated talent and help them to grow into a skilled sales manager. We’re open to all candidates and we don’t require lots of experience for this position. Let’s conquer the world ... oh wait, let’s find more great clients and projects together!

Required Skills

✔︎ Upper-intermediate level of English (higher is a plus)

✔︎ Energy and desire to constantly get results

✔︎ Proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills

✔︎ Analytical approach to data

✔︎ Good time management and ability to multitask

📌 Will be a great plus if you: have prior lead generation experience, worked with any CRM, have basic digital design knowledge.

Your tasks will be

✔︎ Filter and qualify inbound leads

✔︎ Generate outbound leads through various channels

✔︎ Maintain and manage our CRM

✔︎ Help us improve our sales process in general
