I have been using Dan with Longacre construction since the 90s. He installed Hardie siding and the exterior where there is no brick. He installed all new windows including those said and break with no problems. He has installed interior and exterior doors and door units for me over the years. He is also constructed a work building on the exterior for me in 2018. I have never had any problems with him over the years.

We had a terrible experience with longacre construction. We asked them to “finish out our kitchen”. Apparently that does not include running the correct electrical for our appliances, any plumbing for the sink or dishwasher, and not hooking up any of our appliances. My husband had to run the correct electrical through the attic and add to our breaker box. They put in the gas line but not to where it could be hooked up to our range. We ordered cabinets through them as well which was a horrible experience. They gave the cabinet makers the incorrect measurements. We had to measure our kitchen ourselves and explain repeatedly what we were wanting. Then the day of cabinet install we were told that 4 of the cabinets were missing off the invoice which the contractor had never checked, and that we owed more money if we wanted the cabinets (even though they were pictured in the plans). We negotiated to pay half, and then when we received the cabinets they were still wrong!! At that time we were told that the cabinet company does not take back cabinets for any reason. We had to pay for 2 more cabinets that were smaller and yet almost the same price as the first 4 . Cabinet install was a disaster. They completely butchered the sink cabinet, split the back of one cabinet, put crayon over their nail holes which doesn’t match the cabinet color, and then tried to come back and place trim in areas that they messed up. Worst experience ever. Thanks for leaving our family with small children a kitchen we can’t use and no money to “finish it out”. Take your money and run.

Dan and his team transformed our kitchen from mundane to marvelous. His team was very professional and great to work with. The job was done on time and within agreed upon budget parameters. Our expectations were exceeded. Thank you Longacre Construction!!

Longacre Construction recently remodeled our master bathroom shower and converted our formal living area into an office. The shower remodel included doubling the size of the shower, installing multiple new shower fixtures, all new tile, re-routing plumbing and installing a new glass shower enclosure with door. The office conversion included two new walls, new French doors and crown moldings. All of the work was exceptionally done and the project was well managed. The office matches the rest of the house so well that you cannot tell that it was a remodel. The shower work was outstanding, especially the tile work. Longacre made recommendations that were improvements on our original ideas, such as adding shelves in the new shower. They also helped us pick out tile, fixtures, etc. The software Con-Construct was used and was an excellent project management tool which kept us updated on schedule and cost. Everyone we worked with at Longacre Construction was very professional and they all worked on our home as if it was their home. The quality of work was excellent and the pricing was competitive. Longacre did similar work in our previous home over 9 years ago. We were very pleased with that work, which is why we called them again to work on our new home. Longacre does an exceptional job and makes sure that the customer is completely satisfied.

We hired Longacre for our master bath remodel. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of the job done. The initial bid was within what we were expecting to pay, but with a number of changes and "upgrades," the actual cost came in somewhat higher than we were told. I wish the bidding had been more of a mid-range price point. It would have been more realistic to what we ended up paying. We also experienced some issues with the tile subcontractor. The subcontractor left water dripping while we were out of town during the remodel. It caused a large flood of our downstairs living area. It was a frustrating, imposing and time-cost loss on everyone's part but Longacre made everything right. The damage is not noticeable and the clean up was complete. We are very pleased with how the bathroom turned out. They allowed us to do the finishing wallpaper, painting and light fixtures. I love the shower.

Consult on design and selections for a bathroom remodel and execute. The company was responsive and quickly answered questions, provided reasons for recommendations and offered alternatives. Work was done on time and my site manager was exceptionally helpful. Everyone I worked with was friendly and very professional.

Longacre designed and constructed and enclosed screened cedar patio cover and cedar arbor attached to the house. They submitted the plan drawings for the appropriate permits and inspections from the city. The work preformed was excellent with much care given to details. We are very pleased with the results.

We have had many remodeling projects done to our home and I can say without a doubt that Longacre was the most professional and easiest to work with. They did what they said when they said. We were kept informed of the progress of the job on a daily basis. Danny Nelson, our project manager, was incredible. This finished product is even more than we expected. I have never seen such perfection in a remodeling job. We will definitely use Longacre for our next project in 2015.

We have now used Longacre construction twice....both times where emergency issues. They were at our house within hours of us calling in a panic. Longacre Construction Company is reliable(always there when they say they are going to be there), professional and easy to work with. They are detail oriented and want to give you there best. Longace Construction remodeled our kitchen by installing new countertops, sink and cabinet hardware. They were knowedgable, reliable and did ecxactly what they said they would do. Their team was always there when they said they would be and left the house clean and in perfect order at the end of each day.

Longacre Construction Company was the general contactor for our bathroom remodel/renovation project. They were selected based on their response to our scope of work, time schedules, costs and favorable recommendations. The scope of this project reconfigured the entire bathroom, provided new plumbing fixtures, walk-in shower, new slipper bathtub, new cabinets, new granite counter tops and all new tile for floor and wall finishes. This project also included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system upgrades. Longacre's project management team provided great care throughout the project life cycle to ensure we were not unduly burdened with lifestyle interruptions and were kept appraised of all the crafts and trades timelines.
