😎Requirements:

— Experience in a relevant position (Account manager, Pre-Sale Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager) or successfully completed courses;

— Upper-Intermediate level of English;

— Understanding of B2B client management and the ability to identify and fulfill client needs effectively;

— Negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company;

— Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities;

— Strong verbal and written communication skills;

— Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously, stress resistance;

— Constant desire to learn new things and master a large amount of new knowledge.

 

🎯Responsibilities:

— Implement the client’s purchased services;

— Work closely with internal teams to make sure that the key client receives the support they need;

— Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s account and the team and identify areas for improvement;

— Monitor service quality;

— Gather feedback from the client and share it with the internal team to improve delivered services;

— Address any issues or concerns the client may have and work to resolve them promptly;

— Carry out upselling;

— Work with the technical part of the services.
