Design of total quality management information system (TQMIS) for model school on best practice
Abstract
This research aims to 1) design the Total Quality Management Information System (TQMIS) for model school on practice, and 2) assess the Total Quality Management Information System (TQMIS) for model school on practice. The research process is divided into 3 stages: 1) study the related documents and researches as well as set up a sub-group meeting for the executives of the model schools on practice, 2) design the information system, 3) assess the appropriateness of the information system. The samples are 5 experts selected by purposive sampling. The data is analyzed by means and standardized deviations statistically. The research result shows that 1) the model of Total Quality Management Information System (TQMIS) for model school on best practice is consisted of 4 key components which are 1.1) the principle of the information system development model, 1.2) the development of the information system based on System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)’s principles, 1.3) the information report based on Total Quality Management Information System (TQMIS) for model school on practice, and 1.4) the assessment of information system using Black-Box technique, and 2) the result of the assessment of Total Quality Management Information System (TQMIS) for model school on practice is rated as absolutely appropriate in overall (̅X=4.78).

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر 1) طراحی سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت کیفیت جامع (TQMIS) برای مدرسه نمونه در عمل، و 2) ارزیابی سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت کیفیت جامع (TQMIS) برای مدرسه نمونه در عمل می باشد. فرایند این پژوهش به 3 مرحله تقسیم می شود: 1) مطالعه اسناد و تحقیقات مربوط و همچنین راه اندازی یک جلسه زیر گروه برای مدیران مدارس نمونه در عمل، 2) طراحی سیستم اطلاعات، 3) ارزیابی مناسب بودن سیستم اطلاعات. نمونه ها شامل 5 کارشناس منتخب توسط نمونه گیری هدفمند می باشد. داده ها با استفاده از ابزارها و انحراف استاندارد آماری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتیجه تحقیقات نشان می دهد که 1) مدل سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت کیفیت جامع(TQMIS) برای مدرسه نمونه در بهترین عملکرد شامل 4 مولفه کلیدی است که عبارتند از 1.1) اصول مدل توسعه سیستم اطلاعات، 1.2) توسعه سیستم اطلاعات مبتنی بر اصول چرخه زندگی توسعه سیستم (SDLC) ، 1.3) گزارش اطلاعات مبتنی بر سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت کیفیت جامع(TQMIS) برای مدرسه نمونه در عمل، و 1.4) ارزیابی سیستم اطلاعات با استفاده از روش جعبه سیاه و 2) نتیجه ارزیابی سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت کیفیت جامع(TQMIS) برای مدرسه نمونه در عمل، در مجموع کاملاً مناسب رتبه بندی شده است (X = 4.78).
