IT Recruiter/HR Generalist (offline)

AVU SA is one of Europe’s leading fine wine merchants and one of the largest stockholders of fine wines.

Despite our traditional and tremulant stance on wines, IT plays a very important role for us. Our roadmap includes implementing Microsoft ERP, innovative AI data analytics tools, and an e-commerce website. We have a full development team that keeps plugging away toward reaching the best tech solutions for our company.

Our company is looking for a dedicated and motivated Recruiter/HR Generalist who will be mainly helping the IT department (a great part of the team are Ukrainians) with regular assistance to the Swiss and Spain offices.

Requirements:

- minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably IT);
- experience working on HR duties (nice to have);
- excellent communication skills;
- presentation and negotiation skills;
- good level of English (at least upper-intermediate). You will need to conduct intro calls and interviews in English with people from different countries.

Main duties:

- searching for the right people to close the vacancies. It could be technical positions for the IT department, as well as non-technical such as sales for the Swiss office, etc;
- initial conducting of the interviews. Company and project presentation;
- organizing the structure of calls to understand candidates’ soft skills and their suitability to our culture and demands;
- assistance with HR activities - presents arrangements for b-days, holidays, etc. Organizing corporate events, tracking employees in the internal HR system, and other HR-related activities.

In case of a low workload with the primary HR/recruitment stream, the role could be involved in general assistance for the IT department - research of the information on the internet, software testing, writing instructions, making presentations, etc.
