Employer Branding Specialist (offline)

Project Description:
Luxoft is looking for an enthusiastic professional to join its Employer Branding team as an Employer Branding Specialist. Employer Branding Team is responsible for the development and support of employer branding activities with regards to recruitment in the company as well as internal communications and support of internal activities. The successful candidate will drive various internal projects across different geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of Employer Branding and communication strategy
- Manage and coordinate global internal Employer Branding projects and programs
- Analyze the results and evaluate the effectiveness of internal programs and activities and propose their strategic evolution
- Supervise and follow up of the budget allocated and monitoring the successful updating and revision phases
- Cooperation with other departments of the Company, business partners (marketing agencies, graphic designers)
- Develop brand and corporate messaging, collaterals and other creative materials creation
