Lead Generation Manager ( marketing department) (offline)

We are currently opening a new department and are looking for cool and skilled Lead Generation-s. The marketing department is responsible for customer acquisition via Google, FB/INST and customer retention via email marketing.

💡Requirements:

- Previous experience with Upwork is desirable

- Experience in communicating with foreign clients;

- Written English at Upper Intermediate level (required);

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- Self-management skills;

- Knowledge of business correspondence;

- Have the skills and desire to sell.

💎Responsibilities:

- Search for relevant job posts on the Upwork for marketing request;

- Active search and attraction of potential customers;

- Facilitating sales and pre-sales activities;

- Building effective communications with potential customers;

- Search and qualification of potential clients (upwork);

- Business correspondence with potential clients;

- Clarifying client requirements (needs) and making sales (closing deals);

- Maintaining data, statistics and reports for each active client;

- Reporting on weekly and monthly progress.

- Maintaining CRM for existing leads
