1. Technical Specifications: Develop clear technical specifications for projects.

2. Project Estimation: Calculate and define timeframes for successful project implementation.

3. Technical Background: Sufficient technical understanding for effective collaboration with WordPress developers.

4. Communication: High level of English proficiency for interaction with clients from Israel and the USA.

5. Team Management: Organize and inspire the team to achieve common goals.

6. Task Manager Experience: Work with various task managers such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.
