Purchased this as a Christmas Present for our son who has a Golden Retriever living with him in their small home. Needless to say, the dog leaves sparkling little tiffs of love everywhere. The Shark Al Ultra Robot Vacuum has a hard job ahead, but we expect to hear great things of it in the months to come. I will let you know how it goes and if the love affair with the hair is a good one for the Shark roommate.

very easy-to-use i love how it empties itself and you can set it to go clean whenever you want and if it has to empty before it's done it will go back to where it left off and finishes the rest of the house

Got this AI vacuum this year for my 22 year old son who is in one of his first apartment homes (one story unit, mostly carpet and has one cat 🐈 so there is some pet hair to contend with there) as his big Xmas gift - he LOVES it! Says it is perfect for his house and even his cat is getting used to it! Very easy to use and I say it was a great deal to pick up on Black Friday. He says it transitions easily from the kitchen floor to the carpet and mapped the whole house very quickly. Great buy, great gift 👍🏻

AI vacuum big hit at Xmas this year w/grown son!!

I absolutely love my vacuum. I waited about two months to write a review because I wanted to make sure it was worth it. 
I have a dog and her hair is constantly everywhere but this little thing cleans absolutely everything! It cleans my carpets, hard wood floors, rugs, it has even tried vacuuming the top of my bar stool legs😂 
It has saved me countless of hours of sweeping and vacuuming. There is not way I'll ever be without one ever again!

Shark vacuum

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have two labs that shed profusely, but my shark robotic vacuum is doing a great job helping to keep my carpet and hardwood floors much cleaner than they were in the past.   I have the vacuum programmed to run every day on my main floor so I come home from work to a cleaner house every day!   My dogs are not bothered by the vacuum—-they move away when it gets too close . I had a different brand of robotic vacuum in the past that constantly got stuck under furniture or on thresholds.  This one has not gotten stuck anywhere in my house.  Highly recommend this item.

Lifesaver for pet friendly home

I'm so impressed! This guy is awesome! First, he's super quiet. Second, I have a brand new house, and he doesn't ram himself in my new walls like my old Roomba did; plus! It's so cool to see him stop in the middle of the job due to his belly getting too fat with dirt and dog hair from his Job. He backs up like an 18-wheeler, docks himself like a champ, dumps his load, and starts up again without assistance! I kicked my old Rumba to the curb; this is the one you need to save your life from ever sweeping again.

This model is not on the shark app that it makes you download so all the support help/references aren't the same.

I have wanted one for years but did not think it would work on my carpets. I have a lot of shark products in my home and when my daughter moved into her own place I got one for her as a Christmas gift. She loved it as it worked really well on her floors and with Lab dog hair. 
I decided to get one of the top of the line shark robotic cleaner that included carpet cleaning. 
Set it up, charged and and pressed the clean button. This thing is smart as can be and will return to homebase to empty the bin and returns to where it left off. 
The app allows for home mapping but if you have a large home like I do, it gets confused and misses a lot of rooms and space. 
Home mapping is not necessary as it cleans the whole house on its own time . 
You can set it up for Google or Alexa but I have not set it up for that as I am usually home when I get it to clean. I have two German Shepherds and it does a great job getting the hair and it even goes under the beds which is a game changer when you have king size beds everywhere. 
I am 💯 percent satisfied with this product and highly recommended it to anyone who wants a robotic cleaner.

Omg I love it

The robot works well; its charge lasts a long time and is efficient. I only have one suggestion, and it concerns corners and furniture, if the robot had brushes that protrude from the sides, it would be better since it collects garbage, but if it is in a corner, it does not collect it. As for everything else, it is perfect.

I love this product

Buying this was such a waste of time. It got stuck under ever chair in the house (see pic) and it would beat itself against the chair legs causing marks all over it. So I would have to pick it up and move it, we soon as I did it would get stuck all over again. Very annoying. On top of that I could never schedule a cleaning time because it always had an error from the vac door being open. It would never pair with the trash bin dock without something getting stuck in the door, like a clump of hair. Also we have kids and if a doll was left on the floor, the brushes would wrap around the hair getting it bound up and stuck. You may say that is normal but the whole point of having this “Robot” is that it’s supposed to be smart and avoid obstacles, it never did. The only reason I didn’t give it one star was because it did vacuum up debris very good. It did do a good job sucking up material,  but that does me no good when it gets stuck every 2 minutes. We ended up returning in after trying it for two weeks.
