Junior Sourcer (offline)

Expectations:
- Previous experience in recruitment or IT Recruiting courses;
- knowledge of various methods and tools of personnel search/selection;
- the ability to work with a lot of tools, ATS, extentions;
- excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- English skills on intermediate level.

Responsibilities:
- continuously build and engage a pipeline of candidates through sourcing & networking;
- selection of relevant candidates using different tools and methods;
- leading a candidate from the first contact to hire;
- cooperation with the Recruitng team.
