Head of Product (offline)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- To ensure full product development life cycle management for several CEX.IO products;

- To track and control business product metrics to improve monetization, customer retention on every-day basis;

- To implement data driven culture: from idea assessment to the features performance tracking, generating and testing product hypotheses, implementing A/B testing, aiming to track/forecast efficiency and ROI;

- To define the scope of the projects, identify deliverables for the rest of the engineering teams and prioritize the product backlogs;

- Working closely with the engineering teams to deliver operating plan with quick time-to-market and optimal resources, controlling the deadlines;

- To help the teams to overcome any unexpected roadblocks that may impede product development;

- To monitor competitor’s activity;

- To act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding among stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate has:

- 3+ years of experience in a Head of Product development position (preferably Fintech projects);

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;

- Deep understanding of product development metrics and performance analytics tools;

- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job;

- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization;

- Motivation to search for alternative solutions for a problem;

- Strong ‘get things done’ approach;

- Proactive and positive attitude.
