Project Manager (offline)

“First & Last mile” will start new generation of Meest Group logistic products. This is a green field project with mobile-first approach in mind. It aims to handle a wide range of B2C & B2B use cases, like interactions with PUDOs, innovative Order Management System, Concierge etc.

We are looking for an inspired PM to join the long term project!

Responsibilities:
Planning, executing, and controlling IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
Managing project development and making changes in accordance with requirements.
Coordinating the work of the project team, including developers, designers, testers.
Tracking and reporting project progress.
Developing and executing project plans, including creating and executing work schedules, assigning tasks and responsibilities among project participants.
Preparing regular reports and project progress updates.
Maintaining and improving the level of project management efficiency and participating in the improvement of the team's knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Upper-Intermediate English level.
Experience managing teams of 5+ people.
Experience with web and app development (Back End and Front End development).
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills
Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Services, Jira, and Trello.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
