Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. Jump into IT, it's your time to act!

You will have experienced Sales as a mentor during the probation period. Salary includes a fixed amount and bonuses according to the KPI’s achievements.

 

Main requirements:

Advanced PC, Google Docs user

Intermediate (at least) or Upper-Intermediate English level

Structured thinking and ability to prioritize tasks

Business correspondence skills, an intelligent approach to communication

Ability to Google like a pro

 

 

Will be a plus:

A basic understanding of the IT market

Understanding of sales process

Experience with CRM

Being proactive

 

 

Responsibilities:

Update and maintain the CRM

Lead qualification, segmentation, and profiling

Manage cold email / LinkedIn campaigns

Manage Linkedin profile with regular content updates

Source leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, Xing, and other Job Boards

General support for the Business Development team

Appointing meetings with customers and our sales managers
