Every short link in Cuttly has a full analytics report — downloadable as a PDF with a single click, containing everything from click timeline to device model and country breakdown.
PDF Report: What It Contains
Cuttly generates a formatted PDF report for any short link, covering all analytics data for the selected date range. The report includes:

The PDF is branded with the Cuttly logo and includes the header: Report generated from cutt.ly — Link Management & Analytics Platform. It is designed to be shared directly as a client deliverable or internal report.
How to Download a PDF Report
- Open the analytics view for any short link in the Cuttly dashboard
- Select the date range using the date filter (last 7 days, last 30 days, or custom)
- Click the Download Report (.PDF) button in the top right corner of the analytics view
- The PDF is generated and downloaded immediately — containing all analytics data for the selected period

Chart Export: SVG, PNG and CSV
Individual charts within the analytics view — such as the click timeline — can be exported separately using the export menu (the three-line icon in the top right corner of each chart). Three formats are available:
- Download SVG — vector format, scales to any size without quality loss; best for presentations and documents
- Download PNG — raster image; suitable for embedding in emails, slides or reports
- Download CSV — raw data from the chart in spreadsheet-compatible format; suitable for further analysis in Excel, Google Sheets or a BI tool
This export option is available per chart directly from the analytics dashboard — no need to generate a full PDF report to extract chart data.
Analytics via API
Link analytics data is also accessible programmatically via the Cuttly API — enabling integration with data warehouses, BI tools, custom dashboards and automated reporting pipelines.

Link shortening and basic analytics retrieval via API are available on all plans including free. Filtering analytics by date range using date_from and date_to parameters is available from the Team plan ($99/month) and above.

CSV Export for Team Members
In team workspaces, team members with OWNER, ADMIN or MODERATOR roles can generate a CSV export of team links from the team dashboard ("Generating CSV with URLs" permission). This provides a structured list of team short links suitable for processing in spreadsheet applications.
