Why has my domain been rejected?
The most common reasons why your domain might be rejected and not accepted is a bad DNS A or DNS TXT configuration.
Another reason may be that the domain does not follow the guidelines of our Terms and Conditions - it promotes unethical or pornographic content, etc.
Remember that before accepting each domain, we check that it is not on the blocked domains lists or is not associated with spam.
If your domain has been rejected, check the DNS A and DNS TXT settings - this is the case that occurs most often. Correct these settings and add your custom domain again.
We reserve the right to reject the added custom domain.
